Day 3


An easy day on "the program", except for that powder stuff that we need to ingest... It's not that it tastes so bad, it's that gritty texture.... But I feel good -- yet, how much better would I feel if I could have had bacon and eggs for breakfast?

Broiled chicken breasts, green beans, green salad for dinner... And now I'm sitting here with my lovely cup of herbal tea -- "sweet dreams", it's called.
